Screen broke need help and suggestions (pics inside)

Need to replace, I went to a repair store and they told me I had to replace the whole display not just the glass and it would cost me 0.
I didn't accepted and here I am trying to find other options.
If I turn on my phone, all works but the screen is all messed and black only a little bit is shown on the top of the screen and it's smudged tint all messy really hard to see any white space.
