Samsung US Variants MultiLanguage support!

There is a lot of Samsung devices which made for a particular region or carrier, these devices comes with a special software with a limited support for other regions in languages for example, so, if you have one of these devices and you're talking Indian and want to use your phone in that language, you can't do that, Indian language isn't listed as an option to choose, and so alot of languages, now you need to add this language, so, you're going to need to edit the CSC which contains the languages configuration, and you can do that by rooting your device then just add your language line in languages.xml file, but, for US models t can't be done that way, that's simply because of the CSC tree which they changed for their models, now all i'm asking is to understand the CSC tree for these models and a way to edit and add the languages.
