Samsung S4 active i9295 Microphone and reciever not working

Hi i`m using an samsung s4 active.For a while my microphone and reciever stoped working during calls.In skype,viber etc it works.Its not new so i dont have waranty.I went to a service and they telled me that it the audio/codec driver .Can anybody can tell me if is a application that can be used to recieve calls without internet an use multimedia microphone and reciever? In the test menu *#0*# both work.Cand this problem can be repair ?And can anyone tell me where to find this kind of app.
