Samsung galaxy tab 3 sm-t111 media file problem

Whenever there is a video file in Whatsapp in my Samsung Galaxy Tab SM-T111, it shows "Sorry, this media file doesn't exist on your SD card."
I have already wiped all data from tab but still the problem remains the same.

please help me out urgently.
