S4 GT-I9515 (White) Yellowish Display

My S4 GT-I9515 (White) is having Yellowish Display I flashed all the firmwares from Kitkat to Lollipop with Odin but no change, I also rooted the device and Change the RGB setting to my preference but it doesn't seems to be a permanent solution at all! Most of the time kernel force back to default settings & Yellowish yucky display is black, I also tied CM12.1 (Unofficial) but same issue.. Is there any permanent solution? is it hardware or software problem? Thanks
