Hi people!
I very much like my new Oppo R5s (from the european store) and to make it even better, I want to root it.
I have read a few posts in this forum and people seem to be able to root it with TWRP (twrp-2.8.7.0-r7f.img) and SuperSU (Beta v2.49). Unfortunately this does not work entirely for me. Here is what I have done:
As you can see, SuperSU has not rooted properly. Root checker also says it is not rooted. I have tried also reinstalling SuperSu several times and and tried "UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip".
What am I missing/doing wrong? I appreciate any help, thanks!

- Boot into fastboot mode with Volume Up + Power On [works!]
- Connect via USB and do "fastboot flash recovery twrp-2.8.7.0-r7f.img" [works!]
- Reboot into TWRP with Volume Down + Power On and enable write mode [works!]
- Install "BETA-SuperSU-v2.49.zip" which I copied to sdcard earlier [works!]
- Wipe cache and dalvik cache and reboot [works!]
- Launch SuperSU after reboot and get an error message about "Missing SU binary" [OH NO!]
As you can see, SuperSU has not rooted properly. Root checker also says it is not rooted. I have tried also reinstalling SuperSu several times and and tried "UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip".
