I have a Tab 4 8.0 (SM-T330NU) with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. I then flashed a rootable kernel from moonbutt74 (thread here.
I am getting this message:
So I tap the box:
I got "NoBloat Free" app and used it to remove all system apps that have the word Knox in them. But I still get the Security Notice message a few minutes later. When I go to NoBloat Free app again, I see all the Knox apps there! Why do they reappear?
I am getting this message:

Only way I have found to stop getting this message is by doing the following:
RépondreSupprimerMethod 1 (Rooted)
1. Root your phone
2. install Titanium Back up
3. remove/disable the "Security Log Agent"!
(Method 2 Not Rooted)
If you don't want to root your phone this is the simplest way to disable the "Security Log Agent" is by doing the following:
1. Install "Package Disabler" from Google Play Store
2. after installing Search Security Log Agent and click to disable.
I haven't tested method 2 personally but I have used Titanium Backup, created a backup and then froze/disables the Security Log Agent app and haven't received the error message again since.
Hope this helps
