Install/Flashing Instructions:

You will need the following things:
- A SD Card
- A USB Male to USB Male cable
- A computer with adb and fastboot installed
- Common sense

1. If you haven't already, see the post I made here on how to install the latest TWRP (provided by me).

1.5. Read "Known Issues/Bugs" below

2. Turn off device then reboot into recovery (Volume Up + Volume Down + Power). If you get a prompt asking you whether or not to leave /system unmodified, swipe on allow.

3. Wipe your data by going into Wipe > Advanced, then check all boxes except for MicroSD Card.

4. Go back to home then Install. Navigate to where you stored the CM12.1, Gapps, and SuperSU (optional) zips. You can either keep them in an SD Card (recommended) or adb push them.

5. Select the zips in this order

- Cyanogenmod 12.1
- Gapps
- SuperSU (optional)

6. Cross your fingers and swipe to flash! If all goes well then it will flash successfully.

7. Click on Wipe Cache/Dalvik, then swipe to wipe.

8. Reboot

9. Profit! You now have Cyanogenmod 12.1 on your HP Slate 21!

If something went wrong or you need some additional help please either post/reply below or PM me.
