recovery and flash tool kit for jiayu g4sl

i need a recovery that you flash via flash tool to jiayu g4s,
and about the flash tool ,i actually have the software but i'm not sure if i have the mtk files or drivers.

and by the way can you also give me a rom that can be flashed(4.4 preferable).
