I have a Verizon LG G2 (VS980) that I rooted (to enable tethering) when i bought it (nearly 2 years ago).
I was so pleased with the stability and performance of the phone that I have kept it on Android 4.2.2, firmware VS98011a, build JDQ39B.
But, now I would like a more updated OS.
So, can I simply install TWRP on it and apply a rom? Or, do I have to unroot it first (or do something else before installing a recovery and flashing a new rom)?
THANKS in advance!
