[Q]can I make Nova launcher as a system app?

Hi,there I'm new so

So as the title I wanted to install Nova Launcher to be system app
So is there anyway to make Nova Launcher into system app

And aslo my navbar and notification bar is gone I've search on the internet and found
That u can put the Systemui. APK into >system>app but I tryed and found a file called
Systemui.odex and anything to deal with this file?should I delete it or just keep it?
