I use my two (one for backup) VK810 tablets to display aviation charts in the cockpit. Recently I thought of moving to the VK700 for the increased screen size (and perhaps longer battery charge life). However, from what I've found, the VK810 is a better deal, unless someone really needs the extra 1.8".
If there is another thread on this, I'm all ears, but here's the advantages I've found for the VK810:
