[Q] UCI not supported ?

I just flashed the TEKXodus NE URv4.1

** Clean Install.

When I go to check Synapse it tells me this
NO UCI SUPPORT DETECTED

Any solutions anyone ?

I Did flash another kernel once. a while back, and it worked it allowed me to use it without a problem but then I kept getting
on boot up's

IPSEC Not found.
