[Q] Itunes backup like for rooted android

Is there anyway to have a full backup of system + data + internal storage, preferably incremental like itunes does for idevices on a rooted android device?

I know of . course of nandroid, but that still doesn't backup internal storage and isn't incremental, so it's still take a ****load amount of time to do
