[Q] How to restore missing 3 dots menu for legacy apps?

I use Tapatalk v2 alot and also some other legacy apps.

Everything is fine on my S6 Edge, but on my N920C I have no 3 dots balloon and therefore I cannot access those app settings. :(

Does anybody know how to get it back if the device is not rooted?
