[Q] Any word on a BL unlock anytime soon?

Any news? Getting real bored without a phone I can break and fix 5 times in the same day :(. Leaning towards just replacing this G4 with a Nexus 5 2015 when it comes out or even a .....dare i say it...........iPhone 6s. I'm sure I'd be sick of the iPhone but hey, I want to change things up and the lack of an unlocked BL & rom's is killing me.
