Let me explain my the situation.
1. I bought a Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910W8) on Kijiji (Online Canada), after two weeks it works well with WILD (Anywhere I had signal). Then Stop Working.
2. I checked on Wind Store what is happents, "The Cellphone was on Blacklisted"
3. I not have expirence about is and by mistake I wipe the EFS (No Backup)
4. My cellphone was IMEI=Unknows
5. I went to see some technical to fix it and He chanced the IMEI. So Rigth now I have other IMEI. (This IMEI is not on BlackList).
But the cellphone is no working properly is wear because some places I can make phone calls but I cannot receipt phone calls. Sometimes I can see WIND on the scream the internet is to slow. At home always is on Emergency Calls only.
Please Let me know if you have idea what it happens. And if you can fix it
