PLEASE HELP PLEASE WINDOWS LUMINA 640 LT PHONE ( RETRIEVE SMS tsxt MESSAGES)

I am on a Windows Lumina 640 phone I am computer illiterate and I don't type very fast. This is my first Android or touch screen phone I have a child custody case on the 14th of September and this is coming to my last resort I am tying to retrieve some text messages that were sent with in the last 45 days I have tried contacting Microsoft but what they are having me try is not working all the way I am able too pull up everything but my SMS messages the pave just says unable to retrieve at this moment and nothing never. Happens I have tried going into an authorize metro pcs dealer but everyone I. Go to know know one knows how to trouble shot the Windows phone I have had the phone less then 2 months.... And I am in dire straits to retrieve these messages they are going to help me win for me and my daughter and I can narrow the messages down to just one person and after July 14th 2015 and before the 30 of August I have nowhere else to turn
