Phone keeps going into carmode.

Since this morning, my phone has been going into car mode randomly. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I've gone into settings and disabled it from the Apps. I've also installed Dock No-Op which prevents it from opening carmode but it keeps making sounds (I assume, when trying to get into carmode) and flashing (as though it enters and exits carmode.

Will rooting my phone help solve this problem?
