P8000 activate LTE TDD band 38 (2600 MHz)

Hello,
In my country (Romania), my mobile service provider (DIGI MOBILE - RCS-RDS), made the transition to 4G LTE TDD Band 38 ( 2600 MHz ).
Our phone has in Engineering Mode, showing band 38 but I can not activate it. Even if I disable another band, band 38 is not possible to activate.
The phone is P8000 (B).
Qualcomm processors have software with which you can change the LTE band.

Brothers, there is someone who has managed to change LTE band?
Software for our processor, MTK MT6753, have seen somewhere?

I googleit but without success.
I searched the web forums but all without success.

Any idea?
