[OTA] Stagefright Patch for GPE 5.1 FIrmware (LMY47M.M001)

Hello guys!

This is the OTA file containing some security fixes for that Stagefright bullcrap and some stability fixes too. You have to be on GPE Firmware, compilation number LMY47M.M001. Put it on the internal storage then go to Settings > About Phone > System Updates and this will be applied. :cowboy:
