Note 5 SM-N920S, International Version, Missing Menu Options

Hello,

I just got Note 5 SM-N920S from amazon. It supposed to be unlocked international version of Note 5.

It has 2 major flows (pictures below):

1. Call Forwarding. Function is just not there. Even though it is possible to use USSD codes to create call-forwarding.


2. Mobile Data Roaming. Feature is disabled and there is no way to turn it on.

I was wondering if anybody has solution for these problems?
