I hope someone here might be able to help me, I got a hold of a Samsung Note 4 Live Demo Unit, which I thought might be nice for my kid to play around with. I stopped the retail mode with the PIN and password, only to find out through her tears that the unit self resets after 10 minutes (can be set to up to 3 hours), which means all her progress in games etc will be deleted every day.
After a quick google search I (admittedly, to early) dived into rooting the phone. I downloaded the firmware for 910F, followed a guide of this site about S5 (using cygwin to delete modem.bin and another file from the firmware) and used odin3 to get it into the phone. Now, on the startup screen, it says "Samsung Note 4", not "Samsung Note 4 Live Demo Unit" as it did before, but it then vibrates twice before it starts booting up again, and is now stuck in this eternal loop. Is there any hope to get it working?
