Nokia Care Suite 5.5.132.1446 and Test Mode

I am trying to run diagnostics on my 1520 with a suspected faulty proximity sensor.

When I try to put the phone into test mode via Nokia Care Suite I get this error:

is there anyway to download the test mode package? I do not have a login...

Anyone know what was the last version of Nokia Care Suite which allowed you to go online without logging in?
