So I got an interesting prob. It started after the lollipop update. when ever I am in a call,the other person can't hear my sound. but as soon as I switch to the loud speaker mode the problem is gone. i.e. the sound receiver is perfectly working at that time. It also works during video recording. but again doesn't work for "ok Google". I have tried almost every thing, like downgrading( though it never downgraded), factory reset, hard reset, but in vain. any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
