Next Phone=No Compromise

I am keeping my Note 4 until there is a no compromise "Next Big Thing" Here is my must haves to leave my beloved Note 4.....

3. Removable battery >3000
4. SD slot
5. IR blaster
6. 3 gig RAM minimum
7. OIS + Excellent in low light
8. USB C
9. Good speaker(Not on back)
10. Wireless and fast charging
11. Quad Core Processor

Will the upcoming LG 4G Pro be the one or the next Nexus? If not I'll be waiting with my N4 in hand. No more non-rootable phablets for me.
