Need help with my spice dream Uno

Since the upgrade from KitKat to lollipop I am experiencing The following Issues
When I had KitKat , maximum camera resolution available was 5 mp at the back and 2.4 at the front
After the update : 4.9 at the back,1.9 at the front
Video performance very bad
I tried factory reset and it didn't work
