Need help with build.prop and tricking google play please

I feel like there should be a thread that is general for all devices that describes build.prop files necessary to trick google play into thinking that you have a device that IS compatible with the app that you are trying to download.

I know that there are countless threads and blogs with the info on what is necessary TO change:

just to name a couple.

But they don't tell you what to change it to!

They say edit this field, but with what!?

I come to you out of sheer frustration as I want to install the latest ESPN FF apk on google play but the option to install isn't there as the application is "incompatible with my device." (I even went so far as to download the apk from apkpure.com and it apparently has a problem parsing the package for installation)

If I have 4.4.2 on my note 2 it'll work great, but I don't like 4.4.2 so I went back to 4.3 and I told my phone (in the build.prop) that it is now a 5.0.2 samsung galaxy S6+ (see attached image for confirmation)

Yet here I sit, still not compatible.

I don't understand what I am doing wrong. Am I missing one field? Can any of you please show me the way?
