Need help with backing up passwords. Non rooted

Hey Everyone, im in need of some help here. I have a non rooted lg g2 and want to do a factory reset. But i need to somehow back up all my apps settings and passwords so that when i restore them, they would be like they were never taken off. Example my email account and password would be back on my phone so i could use it with out typing my pw and email server back in. Aldo like candy chrush. I cant loose my place, i mean cmon. Lol. Is there a app or cloud storage i could use for that? I really dont want to root or put a custom recovery on because its my work phone. Thanks
