Hi. I’ve recently become an owner of Galaxy Tab S 8,4 LTE. Model SM-T705 Android 5.0.2 IMEI 354485060488611.
I have e problem playing videos. Only videos which are recorded on the device are playing correctly. Regardless of file tape (MP4. flv, AVI) I’m getting message that files can’t be played. Installing MX Player doesn’t help either and VLC even don’t like to start constantly hanging out.
Actually sometimes some files (MP4) can be played using MX Player but then next time it’s not possible
On my Honor 6 I’m just drag and drop video files and they are all playing :)
Could you please advise what should I do in order to play videos transferred from PC?
Do I need convert files before transfer with specific program? Samsung support advice to: reset the unit back to factory state totally isolate the problem.
Do you think that that will help?
