[Moto E 2nd Gen] "fastboot oem lock" bricks phone!

i have recently unlock the bootloader of my moto e 2015 LTE variant and then tried to relock it... But when i entered the command fastboot oem lock the phone is unable to boot and cannot be unlocked again! Plz help me.. I am not able to turn on the usb debugging since the devices is not booting.. i want to reflash it with a stock firmware to solve the problem.. the model is xt1521 indian version.. plz plz plz do help..
