Lost microSIM with Rooted Sprint M7

I recently went on a business trip internationally and lost my microSIM card during a swap. I'm now looking to get a replacement from Sprint to get back on LTE but I need to know if I need to go back to stock for them to re-enter me into their database with the new microSIM replacement card.

If the answer is yes, what is the best approach to going back to stock given the following initial software conditions:
