Looking for Rom to make Dutch available on my phone

Hi there everyone,

I recently bought myself a HTC desire 526 in Germany, I specifically asked the shopkeeper if Dutch was available on my phone.. He said, yes, and if not, you will surely be able to download it... So, here we are... I understand that I have to download a new Rom on my device...

Could anyone be so kind to help me out with that? I would deeply appreciate your help... Thank you... :)
