Lg g3 T-Mobile screen split offset

I need some help guys. I rooted. And flashed a new ROM on my lg g3. I flashed two different ROMs and completely formated my phone both times. But every time I flash a ROM my screen gets this weird split down the middle and both sides are offset. Any reason why this is happen and if so what can I do to fix this?
