Lg g2 d800 horrible lagy poor resolution camera why??????

Hi guys im new here. I have really bad problem with g2 d800 version i need help how to fix it if its possible to fix it, i bought used g2 d800 the phone work well except the camera the both front and rear camera are horrible when theres normal light around me like room light its slow very slow like old vga camera and poor resolution thats when theres room light. But in the morning with the sun light the camera work fine! Or if there's theres many lights around me also it work fine i thought this problem bc its used phone so i bought brand new g2 d800 also it has same exact problem i changed the camera and its still the same problem. Is this problem common in the d800 ? Or its only my phone?!! Now i just want to fix it if its possible. Pls help if you know where is the problem exactly
