Last night i started noticing that my phone exchange started getting laggy and slow. And right now I tried to upload a picture to Facebook and it said "operation could not be completed due to low memory".
Down is a video showing the behavior. Any help will be greatly appreciated. BTW, I'm using package disabler, I tried enabling all disabled apps. But still acting the same. Even after a cache clear and reboot several times.
