Kyocera E6560

Hi all,

I have problem ,

my phone is kyocera E6560 and i forget my pin, and i can't use my email to recover it problem is can't enable mobile data or wifi,
so try to format it ...it want work,
i google many times to find out a solution...but still i'm stack ...i tried volume down + home + power it wont work...

please help me:confused:
