Kernel behaving badly

App related wakelocks are under control but kernel keeping device from sleeping. Exact same setup on my OnePlus One and kernel awake time equals CPU usage. On Oxygen awake time is 4x CPU usage. Still getting good battery life (6hrs SOT /15 but could be a lot better if idle drain was as good as the OnePlus One. Clues?
