Just bought my X2, where do I begin?

If all goes well it should be here next week. I would prefer to have a game plan on what I need to do with the device once it gets here.

Things that I would like more info on are:

• Step by step guide on setup out of the box


• Should I replace the Huawei launcher?


• Any do's and don'ts with the device.


• What options I have for rooting and if its worth it?
