Maybe this is a dumb question...but I've been looking at getting an external DAC for some time now. But I've got some questions, specific to the moto x pure.
1.) Does anyone have anything to say about the quality of the Moto X P's internal DAC? I'm getting a 128GB microSD so I can listen to my FLAC collection in my car, (New car, got the 9 speaker high quality system :3 )
2.) Does an external DAC charge the phone since it is USB? Reason I am asking is I DO NOT WANT one that charges the phone all the time. I like to keep my batteries strong by not charging them but when I need to.
3.) I know Android 5.0 added USB Audio...but does anyone know if the Moto X P supports USB Audio? If so... is there anything I need to do setting wise for it to work? Or will the phone "detect" the DAC?
4.) On a side note...are their any music players that any of you would say is better/the best for using FLAC?
Thanks guys.
After I grab a DAC and get it all hooked up I will post a mini review of the experience as well for anyone else who wants to max out their moto. :D
