Installing TWRP on out of the box

First step, determine that I'm 23c. Next, USB debugging. Next, root with All-in-one 1.2.2. Now....getting twrp has been the next challenge:

Attempting to install via All-in-One - I get a flash of "invalid apk" and done
Attempting to install via Flashify - Secure boot error
Attempting to install via TWRP manager - Secure boot error
Attempting to install via Autorec - goes to standard recovery

Ok thoughts here? So far NOTHING I've tried works.
