Installing aborted Xperia c2305

Hello to every one.A few last day my phone crashed and it works very slow for example I couldn't go into Apps and if could i cannot get back with back button and every time it's give me time service stoped.I decide to change it's ROM to lollipop with .I root my phone and install ROM manger app[that has hat Icon] and and use it to access to CWM but when i choose my ROM in the ROM Manager app and click on Reboot and Install it's go to a page that show android logo with "No Command" text.I search and found that by camera key I can access to manager but by press this button didn't happened any works and I can not Install ROM.I decide to do it manually and go to my phone recovery and go to update ROM from SD card but when i run it and select my lollipop ROM after seconds It's show "installing aborted" Error.what must I do?? [My charge of phone is up 80%][I root my phone].I use Flash-tools and can not Unlock boot-loader because It says my phone cannot be unlock.my phone model is Xperia C2305.I am waiting for your answers.Thanks
