Install screen mirror software without Digitizer thru USB/PC ?

Yes, I did drop my Huawei Mate 7 on stone floor, it did result in the digitizer on most parts of the screens does not work. I need to get control over the phone thru screen mirroring software such as mobizen, is it possible to install apps without the help of digitizer thru the computer via usb cable ?

Any ideas are welcome.
