Install from zip Kodi Isenguard 15.0 & 15.1

Attempting to install from zip via smb or local storage using a fire TV stick, worked with previous versions of kodi, but with Isenguard it caused Kodi to hang..

I upgraded from 14.2.. any one else experiencing these issues?
