Install CWM on Sony Xperia J (ST26i) with Malfunctioned USB Port

I have a Sony Xperia J (ST26i) which it's usb port is malfunctioned and it's bootloader is locked as well,

The phone is rooted by using kingroot,

Is there a way to do that?

I would be grateful if someone could kindly show me how to do it,
