In search of instruction to flash CM on Samsung galaxy ace gt s5830i

Hi all,
I tried a very long time to find an image of CyanogenMod11 to flash on my phone ( Samsung galaxy ace gt s5830i), but I didnt find it. This thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/gala...808268/page123 costs me hours but I dont get the file. Where do I get the actual image? And/or instructions?
