HTC Desire Eye_ul ( Camera has Stopped unexpectedly )

Hello,
My phone is 7 Days Old , Suddenly i get this msg every time i try to open Camera app, i was on KK so i tried to update to 5.0.2 via OTA>>
update succeeded but problem with Camera not Solved !
Unfortunately there is no warranty in my region So
I was thinking if i can roll back to earlier version like
RUU_EYE_UL_K44_SENSE60_ATT_Cingular_US_1.15.502.7_ Radio_4.0.U60526A1@41003A_40.27.C33030.02_F_releas e_398734_signed.exe
Any suggestions guys ?
Please Consider that i can s-off my phone if any solution needs to through my own Tools.
