Hp 8 G2

HI. My Hp 8 G2 is stuck on the 'erasing' screen. Its not rooted or anything. I just went to do a factory reset from settings menu. And its been stuck at this part for 2 hours and counting. I can acess recovery. Also if i power the device off it just comes back up 'erasing'.

Any ideas?
