How to update my Moto X 2nd gen manually without voiding warranty

I cannot update my Moto X , it says - " Unable to check for updates at present. Please try again later." This has been for 2 weeks now. How do I manually update my Moto X without voiding my warranty ( I got this 2 weeks back only). This is an Indian version. Attached is a screenshot of system details. TIA.
