How to integrate Paypal Into Windows and Windows Phone 8.1 Application?

Greeting. I want to integrate the Paypal payment gateway into my app. I don't have any website, just want to sell digital goods through the apps only.

I just go through the website that there are no SDK for windows or windows phone 8.1. Anyone here has this experience and kindly assist me?
